✅ 1. If You’re Not Satisfied With the Training
We want you to feel confident about your investment. If you complete the training and genuinely feel that it did not deliver the value we promised, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You must attend all sessions & classes and actively participate in the program.

• You must submit your refund request within 7 days of the program’s completion.

• Your request must include a clear and specific explanation of why the training did not meet your expectations.

All requests will be carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be issued at our discretion.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of our training and ensure that refunds are based on genuine concerns, not lack of participation or commitment.

❌ 2. If You Withdraw Before the Training Starts
Please note that we do not offer refunds if you choose to cancel or withdraw before the training begins.

When you enroll, your seat is immediately reserved, and we begin preparing course materials and access for you — including digital content, live session planning, and limited cohort placements. These resources are committed in advance and are not transferable.

🔁 3. Course Transfer Option (Before Start Date)
If you are unable to attend the training after registering, you may be eligible for a course transfer to a future cohort of the same program, subject to the following:

• You must notify us before the training start date.

• You must join any of the next 3 cohorts from the original training date.

• Transfer Approval is granted at our discretion

📬 4. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
All refund or course transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
Please email refunds@breakintocybersecurity.co with the following details:

• Full name
• Course title
• Purchase date
• Reason for your request

Our team will respond within 3 business days.

Also, Kindly note that refunds can take up to 10 working days, depending on the mode of payment.
